Right of withdrawal

Draft. Distance-selling withdrawal rights combined with a twelve-month minimum term must be confirmed by a consumer-law professional before the first paying customer.

Fourteen days

Because Vokter is agreed and delivered at a distance, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you receive the hardware — not from the day you send us an order request, and not from the day you accept our offer.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to post@vokter.art, or use the standard withdrawal form. Then return the hardware using the prepaid label we send you, without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us.

What you get back

We refund everything you have paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the hardware back. If the hardware has lost value through handling beyond what is necessary to establish how it works, we may deduct that loss.

Withdrawal and the minimum term

Withdrawal within the 14 days ends the agreement entirely, including the twelve-month minimum term. The minimum term only applies once the withdrawal period has passed.

You don't have to use a form — a clear message to post@vokter.art is enough. But you're entitled to one, so here it is. Copy it, fill it in and send it to us.
